Applications for admission are accepted year-round and students may be admitted at any time during the academic year.  Pathways has rolling admissions with openings available for the current school year.

Admissions Criteria

The Pathways School is a program which does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and/or ethnic origin, age, disability or HIV/AIDS status in its admissions procedures.

Application Procedure

1) Families must provide the school with copies of a full set of current (within 12 months) diagnostic testing reports including, but not limited to:

	Psychological Evaluation
	Speech and Language Evaluation
	Educational Evaluation
	Social History
	Neurological Evaluation (as needed)
	Occupational Therapy Evaluation (as needed)
	Physical Therapy Evaluation (as needed)
	Recent School Reports
	Signed Releases

2) Parent Intake Interview which includes an opportunity for parents to visit the school and share information with the directors.

3) Student Interview

4) Observation of the student

5) Full current medical and immunological history provided to the school.

6) If after careful review of all materials it appears that Pathways School would be an appropriate educational setting, a formal application is encouraged. The application may be completed by parents or guardians.
